Just like in the painting, life sometimes feels like a room filled with darkness. We all have our struggles: some of us grapple with mental health issues, some face unemployment, and some suffer from loneliness. The room may be dark, but the light at the door signifies hope. As the Biblical scripture says, “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it” (John 1:5).
